The Fort Carson Defense Technology & Intelligence Career Fair is hosted by the Fort Carson Army Career & Alumni Program (ACAP) and produced by Transition Careers. The purpose of this event is to bring together job seekers and employers/recruiters within the defense technology, intelligence, scientific, contractor, academic and government communities.

This is the only technical, intelligence and security clearance career fair to take place on-site at Fort Carson and it will offer great foot traffic due to the well-placed location and support from the post. Exhibit space and sponsorship opportunities are very limited and will sell out quickly.

The event is best suited for government and industry employers/recruiters seeking job seekers from either the Fort Carson/Colorado Springs, CO area, U.S. Army with any federal security clearance or have a background within intelligence, contractor, military or government communities.

Fort Carson has a very diverse military and civilian population. Over 14,000 soldiers and about 3,000 civilians are assigned to the Mountain Post. The major units assigned to the post include the first Reserve ponent/Active Component Division, a mechanized infantry brigade, a Special Forces group, an armored cavalry regiment and an area support group. Many other smaller units also call Fort Carson home.Fort Carson trains, mobilizes, deploys, and sustains combat-ready forces. They ensure the well-being and protection of the Mountain Post Team, while operating a responsive, efficient and sustainable installation, Post Mobilization Maneuver Training Center and power projection platform. Fort Carson is the home of Division West, First Army Command, the Second and Third Brigade Combat Teams of the 4th Infantry Division, the 10th Special Forces Group, the 71st Ordnance Group (EOD) and the 43rd Area Support Group.
