Job Seekers attending a Career Fair will be entitled to the following.
- Free Admittance. The career fair is only open to Job Seekers who already have access onto the Military Installation (Military ID or CAC Card). Transition Careers cannot sponsor or provide access for job seekers regardless of pre-registration.
- A free, anonymous and highlighted job seeker account on the TransitionCareers.com job board. All the employers we deal with nationwide can access our job board and it is networked to over 1500 other job boards.
- Ability to meet multiple recruiters and employers at the event. (Bring many resumes.)

Pre-register By Doing These 3 Easy Steps: FIRST STEP: 1. Fill out a "Career Fair Attendee Demographic Form" that you can download below. Please completely fill out the form and bring to the event. Click Here To Download a Printable Demographic Form 2. Email one copy of your resume (Microsoft Word format only) before the career fair takes place to Resume@TransitionCareers.com so we can share it with the employers at the specific event your are interested in or attending. Please put in the subject line of the email "Name of military installation where the career fair is taking place and the date of the function". (For Example, "Redstone Arsenal - 14 June 2011").
SECOND STEP:
THIRD STEP: In Your Career Account Home, When uploading your resume/profile make sure to select which Career Fair(s) you will be attending. This will allow all the employers we deal with nationwide to easily find your resume on the job board as a career fair attendee before the event takes place. Pre-registering in advance is strongly recommended so your job seeker account will receive the longest possible exposure. It also provides employers the opportunity to pre-evaluate candidates ahead of the event. |
